Survived by his wife, Phyllis; daughters, Courtney “Justin”; Cassandra “John”; son, Rocky Jr “Rhonda”; five grandchildren. A celebration of life will be held 7 pm, Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at Double D Ranch.
