Agnes (Sissy) Witsell (nee Fanelli), 79, daughter of the late Rose & John Fanelli, went home to heaven to be with The Lord Jesus on February 26, 2014. Sis was predeceased by her brother John and her sisters Angel (Carmella) Oreo and Mary Ann Parkinson and granddaughter Hope Witsell.She leaves behind to cherish her memory her sister Janet Doto and brother Michael (Lois) Fanelli.  She also leaves daughters Roseann McCaffrey and Fran (Bob) Shaw, son Cholly (Donna) Witsell, granddaughter Michelle Shaw, grandsons Bradley Shaw, Wesley Shaw and Matthew McCaffrey as well as many beloved nieces, nephews and in-laws.Sis was a devoted and sacrificial mother, relative and friend with the hugest heart.  She loved her family, dabbling in art in many forms, fishing, shopping and a little gambling. Her unique and warm humor and heartfelt laugh will be sorely missed. Her family in Pennsylvania is having a Catholic Mass said in her honor at Saint Gabriel's Catholic Church in Norwood, PA, on Sunday, March 9th.Her family in Florida is also having a Catholic Mass said in her honor at Saint Anne's Catholic Church in Ruskin, Florida on Saturday, March 15th.A Celebration of Sis' Life service will be held at the clubhouse of Caribbean Isles Mobile Home Park, 405 Elsberry Road, Apollo Beach Florida 33572 on Sunday, March 16th at 1PM.
