Daughter of the late Hazel Harrell and George O. Crisp
Preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Joe S. English
She always said she was born in North Carolina, grew up in Emporia, VA, matured in Philadelphia, PA, aged in Virginia Beach, VA and Indialantic, Florida.
She worked for the U.S. Navy and retired as a budget analyst from the Commander in Chief, U.S. Atlantic Fleet, Norfolk, VA.
She is survived by a son, H. Craig Majer and wife Natalie of Apollo Beach, Florida; a daughter, Margaret Majer and husband, Joseph F. Riley of Mill Valley, CA; a beloved stepdaughter, Susan English Clark; 7 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
She left her mark on every one of her family members by offering words of wisdom and sharing lessons from life.
