Aubrey L. Allmond, Jr. passed away May 13, 2013 at his home in Sun City Center, Florida at the age of 74. He is survived by his wife, Easter, son Aubrey L. Allmond, III and daughter Stephanie Lauffer (Darin) all of Colorado; step children, Patricia Farr, William Payne, and Marsha Lee Davis (Bobby); and brother Joseph Allmond of Sun City Center. He is also survived by a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren. Aubrey was born in West Palm Beach and moved to this area in his early childhood. He worked at First Ruskin Bank for more than 25 years and also at Gun Craft in Ruskin for a number of years as a gunsmith.
A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, May 17, 2013, at Zipperer's Funeral Home, Ruskin, 6-8 pm. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to LifePath Hospice who took excellent care of him, 3725 Upper Creek Drive, Ruskin, FL 33573.
