Barbara (Bobbi) Stopyra, a 26-year resident of Sun City Center, died peacefully at home on Saturday, August 18, 2012. Bobbi was an avid bridge player, serving for many years as a director of the SCC Duplicate Bridge Club. She also enjoyed traveling and nearly covered the globe, beginning with an educational trip to Greece and Italy in 1965 to enhance her lessons as a history teacher. She was predeceased by John, her husband of 55 years, and a grandson, Mark Wormser. Left with fond memories of Bobbi are son Jack Stopyra and his wife, Mariann, daughter Dottie Wormser, grandson Kevin Wormser, and great granddaughter Destiny.
