Bernice Marie Jack born in Osborn, Ohio passed away on January 1st, 2013. Living most of her life in Ohio until recent years when she became a resident of Sun City Center, Florida.
Married to her husband Nick of 63 years. She was cherished by him as well as three children, four grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
She was a graduate of Fairborn High School. For the majority of her working years, she was a bookkeeper.
At 98 years young, she remained an avid card player. Always full of kind words and a ready smile. She had a long, full and happy life – and we feel blessed to have been able to call her Mom, Grandma and friend.
