Betty Maurine Corzine 85, of Sun City Center, Florida and LeRoy, IL passed away peacefully December 20, 2019 after a long illness.
Betty worked for State Farm Insurance in Bloomington, IL in the accounting department as a clerk where she retired from. She was preceded by her two parents, John William Sacry, and Edna Reba Sacry, her husband John S. Corzine, and 9 of her siblings, Dorothy Dell Caldwell, Marjorie Jane Marren, John Edward Sacry, Francis Murle Sacry, Floyd Charles Sacry, Phylis Illean Gemes, Robert Eugene Sacry, Donald Raymond Sacry, and Edna Mae Kruse. She is survived by her sister Sandra Kay Peterson (Bernie), her daughter Lilinda Fay Brittin (Christopher), her step-son John M. Corzine (Jean), and 9 grandchildren.
Betty was a previous member of the Moose Lodge in Bloomington, IL and a long standing member of the Elks Lodges in Bloomington, IL and Ruskin, FL. Betty enjoyed taking her kids and grandchildren to the Elks Lodge for Wednesday night spaghetti. She was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Sun City Center, FL
Her service is Sunday January 12, 2020 at our Redeemer Lutheran church during service.
