Betty D. (Phipps) Lindsey, 65, of Ruskin, Florida
passed away December 12, 2017 at Sun City Center Hospice House.
Betty was born in Havre de Grace, Maryland on April 10, 1952
to parents Tom Lee Phipps and Mary Norman Phipps.
She is survived by her husband of 14 years Dale Lindsey;
two sons Ritchie and Ron and daughter in law Lori Atkinson;
mother Mary Norman Phipps; two brothers William and Melvin Phipps,
and two sisters Joyce Caudill and Claudette Smith.
Betty also has six grandchildren, four boys and two girls.
Betty was a loving wife, mother, and friend, and she will be dearly missed.
