Carrie Sue Love, of Bradenton, passed away to God August 20th, 2012. The tenth of eleven siblings, she was born and lived in the Huntington West Virginia area, moved to Miami in the 1960s and Tampa in the 1970s with her late husband Arley Love Jr., then settled in Bradenton in the 1980s where she had a 25 year career with Manatee County Transit. She was proud of her service to the community, the elderly as a Handibus driver, and a driver for Senior Friendship Center. She has been a school bus driver, first female Frito Lay driver in Hillsborough County, and in the 1990s drove tractor trailers for JB Hunt and saw most of every state and much of Canada. She loved the open road, she loved the beach, her family, her dog Daisy. She was a beautiful woman, inside and out, and she was strong. She loved driving so much because she loved to be free, and she is free forever now and we miss her dearly. Kind and selfless, liked by everyone and cherished by her surviving family including a son Joseph Love of Huntingon WV, daughter Pamela Love Lynch and son Todd Love of Bradenton, she is survived by two brothers Donald and Terry Smith, grandson Kyle Lynch, son-in-law Curtis Lynch, grandaughters Julia Hawkins and Jennifer Lemaster, five great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews whom she was close to. She had a special relationship with everyone in her life, she loved life, she loved people, she loved us and we are heartbroken. We love you Mom, we love you Aunt Sue, we love you Sis. Visitation will be held Thursday, August 23, 6-8pm at Zipperer's Funeral Home in Ruskin (813) 645-6130. Funeral service 11am Friday, August 24th, followed by procession to Ruskin Memorial Park.
