Charma Jean Hudson was a caring daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and friend. She left this world suddenly on January 19, 2021 at the age of 56.

She was born to William and Charma Carter on August 12, 1964. Her father was in the Navy and she spent most of her childhood traveling the world and settling in Chesapeake Virginia with her baby brother William. She graduated from high school in 1982, soon after that she had 2 children Melissa and Robin. She spent most of her career in retail management, sometimes juggling multiple jobs to take care of her daughters, who she loved more than anything.

Charma Jean loved her family and friends with all of her heart, we all have so many amazing memories of her. If you would like to share your favorite memory of her with the family please feel free, we would really like to read them. Her favorite saying was love and be loved.

Charma Jean is survived by her mother Charma Mae Carter, her brother William Raymond Carter III, daughter Robin Lynn Weaver and daughter in law Audra Noel Steadman, daughter Melissa Mae Weaver, Son in law Gino Allen Sams, and grandchildren Sophia Mae, Tayah Leigh, Gino Allen, Fiona Mckenzie and Amelia Jamisyn.

Charma Jean was preceded in death by her father William Raymond Carter Jr, grandson Jack William Sams .

The family has decided to have a Celebration of Life on January 23, 2021 due to Covid this will be a private family celebration. The family has request any donations please be sent to American Cancer Society.
