73, of Apollo Beach, passed away February 13, 2014. He was a proud U.S. Army veteran. He is survived by his sisters; Linda Lancaster (Buddy), Pat Lopez (Herman), brother Vance Spires (Julia); many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews and friends.Clarence has been residing with Linda and Buddy for the past few years. He and fishing pal, Buddy, have spent many many enjoyable hours boating and fishing.   He also enjoyed watching NASCAR and loved working word puzzles. Clarence was always available and ready to drive his nieces and nephews to various appointments. Our family is especially grateful to Buddy Lancaster for the special care and love that he gave to Clarence as he took care of him around the clock for many days and nights.A visitation will be held Sunday, February 16, 2014, 1-3pm at the funeral home. Funeral services are Monday, February 17, 2014, 10am at the Zipperer's Funeral Home followed with internment at Fellowship Cemetery.
