Colleen Jensen Schmeiser
December 1, 1951 – May 14, 2018
Colleen Schmeiser of Sun City Center passed away peacefully from complications associated with esophageal cancer. A real estate agent with Keller Williams South Shore, Colleen was known for integrity, professionalism and attention to detail in serving her clients. She was born in Seattle, Washington and lived in Anchorage, Homer, and for nearly 20 years in Fairbanks, Alaska before moving to Florida. She is survived by her husband Rev. Robert Schmeiser of Sun City Center, daughter Heather Mecsko, son-in-law Greg, and her three beloved grandchildren Kyle, Madison, and Megan of Honolulu, Hawaii; niece Eva Lindesmith, brothers James Thomas and John Jensen, and sister Helen Anne Allman, and many other loving relatives and friends. A funeral mass for her will be held on Friday, May 25th Prince of Peace Church, Sun City Center, FL at 3:30 p.m. A reception is planned at St. Andrew Presbyterian Church (Sun City Center) immediately after.
