Obituary
David Shane Leek Sr. was born on May 24, 1962 and
went to be with the lord November 2, 2014.
He is survived by his wife of 33 ½ years, Donna I leek; three sons, Timothy ( Kristina) , David S. Jr. and Joshua (Tonya), 10 grandchildren, his mother, Margaret Smith; brothers; Bill Williams of Valrico, FL, Bill Leek Jr. of N.J.; sisters, Christina Leek of N.J. and Heather Leek of Florida.
He is preceded in death by William M. Leek Sr.
David was a foreman for Horizon Surface System for 17 years in Oldsmar, Florida.
I would like to thank Dr. Laganella for the years that you took care of David.
Thank you Dr. Sue-Wah-Sing for the last two weeks you took care of David
also the nurses and staff at South Bay Hospital.
A special thank you to Sonya, Adrianna, Anne and Stephanie.
He was the most loving father and husband to his family.
We are grateful to have you daddy and I as a wife to have you for 30 plus years.
Thank you Thelma Castellano for taking care of David and I and our sons.
