For many years David was Santa Claus for the Shrine Club's Children's Christmas party, and he was known to reign as King Henry VIII at various Halloween parties and Red Hat events.
David is survived by his much loved son, Adam David, his brother, Todd Richard, 2 nieces, and his life partner of 23 years, Lois Toeppe.
