Dianne Schehl, 64, passed away on September 24, 2011 at her home in Apollo Beach. She was born in Pittsburgh, PA on February 24, 1947 and lived in Apollo Beach for 12 years. She was a member of The Apollo Beach Women's Club and St. Anne Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rick Schehl and 2 brothers William and Richard Schlager. She is survived by a son, Michael Evans of Lithia; grandchildren, Nick, Shelby and Mira Evans; 3 sisters, Sally Tuite, Carol Krhowsky, Peggy Howard; and 3 brothers, James, Robert and Steven Schlager. A viewing will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, September 30 at St. Anne Catholic Church in Ruskin followed by a funeral mass at 11 a.m. Internment will follow at Serenity Meadows. Funeral services are under the direction of Zipperer's Funeral Home.
