Obituary
Emmett Edwin Simmons,84,A long-time resident of the Ruskin, Riverview and Gibsonton area. As part of a pioneer family he took great pride in his family heritage. He was also a retired long distance truck river. (Cigar Man)
Survived by; Vicki (Ricky) Murray, Riverview, FL. Vivian (David) Smith, Gibsonton, FL.
Sister: Wanda R. Westbrook, Riverview, FL. Charles (Eddie) Simmons. Melrose, FL.
4 Grandsons: Greg Murray, Norfolk.VA. Chris Murray, Tampa, FL. Mike Smith and Brian Smith of Ruskin. FL.
6 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be Wednesday, November 21, at Zipperer's Funeral Home. Family will receive visitors at 10:00 am. Memorial service at 11:00 am with graveside service at Fellowship cemetery to follow.
