63 years old, passed away December 25, 2015,
after a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis .
He is proceeded in death by his parents
Francis Richard Swistara and Hazel Etta Willard.
He is survived by his loving wife of 13 years, Thea Bowman Swistara;
sister Dawn (Rob) Ladd; step-daughter, Danielle (Adam);
grandchildren Arya and Jaxson; Niece, Tracie ( JC );
Nephew, Jason (Lindsay).

Frank was born in Mineola, New York .
He moved to Ruskin at 18 years of age.
After 25 years of employment with Hillsborough County Water Department ,
he retired in 2008. Frank enjoyed golfing, fishing,
cooking, listening and dancing to Polka music.
He loved taking vacations with Thea and Arya
to the mountains, where he enjoyed watching
the excitement on Aryas face when she saw
the mountains or found a gem while mining.
Once Jaxson (grandson) arrived there was a
twinkle in his eye and he had big plans on
all of their adventures they would have.
When he was confined to bed his new hobbies
became tea parties and Barbie doll dress up with his granddaughter Arya,
that was his pride and joy.
He was a member of the Ruskin Moose Lodge,
Ruskin Eagle Aries and American Polka Society.

Celebration of Frank's life will be held
Sunday, January 3, 2016 from 2-4 pm at
Ruskin Eagle club on Hwy 41 in Ruskin.
