56 of Balm passed away Saturday October 12, 2013.
He was a native of Shelbyville, Kentucky then moved to the Tampa bay area in 1960. He loved hunting, fishing and joking around. He never met anyone he didn't like and never minded lending a helping hand.
He was proceeded in death by his parents, Roscoe and Gertrude; brother Donald. He is survived by his wife Kathy, Children; Candy, Roscoe (Amanda), Brandy (Victor), Brenda, siblings Leroy and June, three nieces, eight grandchildren and many friends.
A celebration of Life will be held Saturday October 19, 2013 at Fellowship Baptist church 11 am. A viewing for start at 11 and the funeral service will start at 12. 10232 State Road 674 Lithia.
