Irving Higgins, better known to family and
friends as "Mickey" passed away on December 31, 2016.
Mickey is predeceased by Parents-
Irving M (Bud) Higgins and Carol F Cutter and
sister, Linda Olvera.

He is survived by Wife- Robin Higgins (Brewer),
Siblings- Carol Chirinos, Debbie Garrison, Alfred Higgins,
Donna Sanchez and Monna Montiel (husband Leonel),
Children- Daughter Angel Snellings (husband Andrew)
Son Irving M Higgins Jr (Mike), 7 grandchildren- Jordan,
Tristan and Mya Snellings and MJ, Skyla, Matthew and
Jesse Higgins, and many nieces and nephews.

Mickey was born on September 19, 1959 in Canastota, NY.
He was a loving husband, uncle, brother and friend.
His grand babies were his pride and joy.
He was an avid lover of NASCAR and
was always busy fixing things around the house or on the cars.
He will be forever missed by all of his family and friends.

on Monday, February 27, 2017
starting around 12 noon until 2 pm.
