Jacqueline "Jackie" (Phillip) Martinez (Henry), born on August 13, 1956 in Bronx, New York, to the late Joseph and Vera Phillip, passed away at age 62 on April 30, 2019 in Tampa, Florida.

Jacqueline was the loving wife of Michael Henry. She was preceded in death by her son, Jasen Martinez, and her brother, Joseph Phillip. Jacqueline is survived by her daughter, Monique (Martinez) Pickering (Malik); son, De'Sean Henry-Martinez; brother, Ronald Phillip; grandchildren, Tamia, Ryan, Jaden, Jonas, Paris, and Madisen (Puddin' Pop); and nieces, Patricia and Jennifer Phillip. She also leaves behind her greatly loved dog, Sasha, as well as a host of friends and family that love her. Jackie was both a loving, and giving person, and will be sorely missed.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 18th from 1-3 PM at Zipperer's Funeral Home in Ruskin, Florida.
