The family of Ms. Jay (Candy) Hicks is deeply saddened to announce the loss of her life on December 14th, 2011. Ms. Hicks was 58 years old and retired from the Food Service industry. A loving daughter, mother and grandmother – she will be greatly missed by all her Family and many Friends. She is survived by her Mother – Mary Martin; her Sons – Donald L. Terry (wife April and daughter's Megan & Lauren) and David Hicks (son David Jr.); her Siblings – Lea Martin (daughter's Carmen, Robin, Blair and great nieces Lila & Mackenzie), Bonnie Butler (husband Drew) and Dewey Martin (wife Cindy and sons Dewey, Jr & Devon)
Her Memorial Service will take place on Saturday, January 7th at Life Path Hospice, Sun City Center, Florida at 3:00pm. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made, in her honor, to the Life Path Hospice Center.
