Joan F. Custer (83) beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed away peacefully May 12, 2026.

She was preceded in death by her son David, her sister Jeannette, two brothers John and Michael, and her granddaughter Madelyn.

Joan is survived by her devoted husband of sixty-six years, Lester Custer, and her three children; Gail (Reese), Steve and Mark. Joan is survived by her seven grandchildren, Casie (Bill), Erin (Jason), Jason, Stacey, Mason, Landon and Austin. Additionally, Joan is survived by her five great grandchildren Alex, Olivia, Evan, Bryson and Grayson.

Joan was a dedicated and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was always loving, patient, accepting and kind. Joan adored children and retired as a school bus driver for those with special needs. She loved to read, to play cards, to tend to her plants and to spend time with her family. Joan will dearly be missed by all who knew and loved her.
