Obituary
He is survived by his loving wife, Rita Via, of 48 years; sons, Todd and Kirk (Susan); grandsons, Zac and Luke; brother, Jerry Folk (Lee) of Deer Park Texas; and mother, Janet Ulvila of Painesville, Ohio.
A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, August 28, 2014, at 6pm at St. Andrew's United Methodist Church of Brandon.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to LifePath Hospice or the charity of your choice.
