Obituary
John W. Nader 83, of Apollo Beach, Florida passed away peacefully at home on November 3, 2022, with his loving wife of 42 years, Kathleen, by his side.
John was born on January 5, 1939 in Yonkers, New York, the son of George and Daisy (Thomas) Nader. He attended grade school in New York, and later moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and completed his high school years at Southeast Catholic which is now (Bishop Neumann). John later served in the U.S. army, with an Honorable Discharge. He worked for many years with the Philadelphia Sherriff's Department and was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police Association of Philadelphia, upon retirement, He and his wife relocated to Apollo Beach, Florida.
John enjoyed his retirement years boating, fishing, picking tomatoes and visiting with his many friends. He was very friendly and outgoing. He enjoyed his life to the fullest. He was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church in Ruskin, Florida where he served as an usher.
John is survived by his wife of 42 years, Kathleen J. Nader; Daughters Eleanor Ripley (Lorin), Jeannine Simone, Brother Vincent Nader (Lisa), mother-in-law Helen Walsh, and Jason Peng, Grandchildren Evan Ripley, Nicholas D'Ercole, Simone Rafter, and Great Grandson Jackson D'Ercole.
John was preceded in death by his loving daughter Elaine T Nader, Parents, George and Daisy Nader, brothers George Nader, Jr. and Edmond J. Nader, Sr.
