86 of Sun City Center, Florida for the last 20+ years of his life.

He was born in Sunbury, Pennsylvania
the son of Jack and Anna Rose on
December 17,1928.

JR was a retired military nurse in the Army Armed Forces.
JR was a Korean War Vet.
He served tours in Japan, France,Germany,
and the U.S.. He retired at Ft. Meade, Maryland.

JR was well known for his passion for coin collecting.
JR was involved earlier with the
Sun City Center security Patrol,
he also worked as a nurse in Freedom Plaza.
JR was a member of the Moose,American Legion,
and a member of the Masons.

John is survived by
Wanda J. Sparaco and her husband Richard of Huntersville,NC
Lark Rose and son-in-law Kevin Follett of Sun City Center, Fl
Grandchildren Tiffany and Canaan
Great Grandchildren Cameron, Bryce, and Quinn, and nieces.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate JR's life at
St. John the Divine Episcopal Church at
1015 E. Del Webb Blvd. Sun City Center, Fl.
on Sunday March 8th, 2015 at 3:00 pm
with reception to follow.
