Louis (Lou) M. Albarella Jr., 71, went to his Lord on December 16, 2019. He was born in New Haven, Connecticut, but was raised in West Haven, Connecticut. He was the son of Louis M. Albarella Sr. and Dorothy M. (Weber) Albarella.
Lou graduated from West Haven High School, Class of 1967. Following graduation, he served with the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. He made the Air Force his career and lived in various countries and states before he decided to settle down in Sun City Center, Florida.
He married his high school sweetheart, Teresa Iovine, and celebrated 51 years of marriage in June.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his beloved son, Robert John Albarella. He is survived by his wife, Teresa; son, Louis M. Albarella III of Valejo, CA; two granddaughters, Marisa and Maria; brother, Frank (Karen) Albarella of Sun City Center, FL; sister, Debra (Vito) Golindo of Wallingford, CT; and many nieces and nephews.
