After an extended illness Markel (Mark) Bigham 71, passed from this life into eternal life.

Moving from Ohio to Florida twelve years ago, he enjoyed boating and fishing.

A 1967 graduate of Lancaster High School. Growing up he worked several years in his father's gas stations. Mark was an incredible mechanic, plumber, electrician and over-all handyman. There was nothing he couldn't do. Mark also worked several years at Hocking Cartage as an owner operator. He was a truck driver for more than thirty years.
Mark loved his Ohio State Buckeyes and always enjoyed watching them play.

Mark is survived by his loving family and cherished friends who will miss him every day.
Wife: Sharen Hizey Bigham, Sister: Sheila Crist, His first wife Carolyn and their children: Anita (David) Doner, Donna (Steve) Richardson, and Bryan Bigham. Step children: Danielle Mayer and Joseph Mayer. Grandchildren: Christopher, Lauren, Sarah, Michael, Brianna, Austin, Andrew, Makailah and Maliyah. Nine great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Preceding him in death were his parents Phyllis and William (Buck) Bigham, and nephew John Bigham.

A memorial service will be held in Lancaster, Ohio. Starting at 6 pm Wednesday, October 28, 2020, at Halteman Fett and Dyer funeral home.

Friends will be received one hour prior to the service. Caring cremation has already taken place.
