Mary was born and raised in Syracuse, New York. Born December 28, 1954. Mary later moved to Ruskin, Florida in 2007 to help care for her mother.

She lived in Riverview, Florida at the time of her death. She is survived by her son, Michael Rine (Rome, New York), daughter Amanda Rine of Riverview, Florida, Three grandchildren; Taylor Parkhurst, Cameron Rine and Dana Grant. She also is survived by two brothers; Bruce (Debra) Heffentrager of Greenbier, AK and John R. Heffentrager Jr (Debra); two sisters; Sarah Ackley (Roger) of Sun City Center, Florida and Joanne Harvey of Hallstead, PA. With several nieces and nephews and cousin. A Celebration of Mary's Life will be at First Baptist of Ruskin on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at 2 pm.
