Michael James Hartman "Loudmouth", passed away at Tampa General Hospital in Tampa, Florida, on Sunday, November 9, 2014. The cause of death was an automobile accident. He was 32. Born March 22, 1982, in Harrisburg, Illinois, to Brenda K. Hartman and Ronald W. Hartman. He leaves his loving memories with his three sisters; Bobbie Jo Earley, Stephanie Lowrance and Robin Wilson; his loving fiancé, Amanda Ward; his two step-children, Trinity and Trenton; both his paternal and maternal grandparents; and many uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews and friends. He attended Naples High School and received his GED in 2001 with all above average scores, as well as being a 2013 graduating student of Employment Skill School in Marion, Illinois, where he had perfect attendance. During Michael's life he was a "Jack of all trades," as he would say. His professions ranged anywhere from automobile detailing to landscaping, as well as his current occupation as a cook for Beef O' Bradys.
Michael was someone everyone would consider a clown. In his presence, you could always find the sound of laughter. Through his singing and dancing, he was always able to bring high spirits out of the people around him. His love for life and the joy he brought to us will be missed, but never forgotten.
We all need to do as Michael did- put others before himself. Throughout his life he learned that the power of sincere and selfless contribution is the path to experiencing life's deepest joy: true fulfillment.
For three years, Michael volunteered at the Herrin House of Hope and served two years as an usher for the Lutheran Church, even after his passing he will continue to share the gift of life through organ/ tissue donation.
We can all find comfort knowing Michael believed in God's plan for him. His faith was strong. He always was and will always continue to be our guardian angel.
Services will be held at Bahia Pier in Ruskin, Florida.
