Paul Wayne Cumbie, 63, of Palmetto, FL, passed away on Thursday, March 29, 2018, while surrounded by his family and dearest friends. Paul proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy. Paul was preceded in death by his parents Mary Lee (Twitty) Cumbie, Rev. Billy Cumbie and step-mother Dorothy Cumbie.

He is survived by his adored wife, Laurie Ann, daughter Melissa McLaughlin
(Benjamin), sons Beau (Mary), Michael, and John Sims (Madison). The joys of his life were his grandchildren Michael, Marc, Allison, Jaecob, Carson, Pauly, Marlee and William. His loving "Sis," Debra Cumbie, step-brother Kurt, step-sisters Debbie and Leanne, as well as 5 aunts and many cousins
will remember him fondly.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday, April 7, 2018 at 2:00 pm at First Baptist Church of Gillette, 3301 97th St E (Moccasin Wallow Rd), Palmetto FL 34221. A reception will follow. Flowers are appreciated and memorial contributions can be made in his name to the Youth Fund at First Baptist Church of Gillette as well as to the Salvation Army.
