Randall James Rowell of Ruskin, FL went to be with the Lord January 12, 2013. Randy was born June 26, 1959 in Lake City, FL. He is survived by his parents Robert & Sylvia Rowell, wife and childhood sweetheart Kathy Rowell, three children: Chris Rowell, Windy Doble and Ryan Rowell, two granddaughters: Grace and Hailey Doble; Brother Rusty (Vanita) Rowell, niece Shauna Carver, nephew AJ Rowell. He is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
Randy graduated East Bay High in 1977, where he played baseball and football. Throughout his life, he worked at many levels within the construction industry, owned a Tropical Fish Farm and Little Manatee Storage Facility.
Randy lived life to the fullest. He was an AWESOME son, husband, father, uncle, and recently a grandfather. This love was extended especially for the children in his life, including Shauna, Zachary, MacKenzie, Kaydintz, Chase, Grace, Joel, Lhaynee, Zoey, and Hailey. He spent his time with those he loved fishing, hunting, travelling, cherishing every moment.
He never met a stranger; making friends everywhere he went. And always making time to spend with friends.
He will be dearly missed every day!
