Robert Lewis Twitty, husband, father, grandfather, uncle, friend born in Welch, W.V. on October 13th, 1943 departed this earthly plane on January 28th, 2019.
He was an alumni of Excelsior HS, WV and Wayne State University Law School. He was also a veteran of the United States Air Force. Robert was soft spoken but strong willed. You will be missed my darling but please know "You were loved" and now you have " Freedom, Freedom, no more shackles, no more chains, no more bondage, you are free"
