Shannon Jade Janus, age 20, of Ruskin, FL, passed away suddenly on May 25, 2025. Her unexpected passing occurred alongside her brother James and mother Cindy.

Born on August 3, 2004, in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Shannon pursued her passions working as a dog groomer and supporting animal rescue. Her dedication to helping all animals brought her happiness and a sense of purpose. Shannon loved spending time with her friends and family.

Shannon's passing has left a void in the hearts of her family, friends, and many others whose lives she touched. We ask that you remember her not for how her life ended but for how it was lived and for the profound impact it had on the lives of those who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Shannon will be missed by her father, Jason Janus; grandparents, Joe and Sandy Janus; uncle, Jeff Janus; aunt, SheaAnn Janus Mellendorf (Matt); aunt, Sue Kabat (Dave); and Uncle, Darren Tweedy (Lori); as well as many cousins and extended family.
