Obituary

Sidney went peacefully to be with the Lord on July 31, 2022. He leaves behind his loving wife, Sally Duncan; his daughter, Connie Miller; Sally's daughter, Elizabeth Hayward; Sally's son, Andrew Hayward; granddaughter, Sarah Raab; and many other grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind his nephew and lifelong best friend, Harold Roberts of Tennessee, Harold's children Brent and Rhonda, and many other members of the Roberts' family in Ohio.

Sidney was a member of the First Baptist Church in Monticello, KY, prior to moving to Florida. In Florida he was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Sun City Center, where he was a member of the choir. He served in the United States Air Force and later worked at Hillshire Farms, and School Employees of Ohio.

Sidney and Sally were married September 26, 2015. Sally says those were the happiest years of her life. His passing has left a large hole in her heart and she will miss him more than words can say. Sidney was loved by so many people because he was so kind. He leaves many friends and neighbors here in Florida, Kentucky, and Tenneesee. He will be laid to rest at the National Cemetery in Sarasota, FL.
