Obituary
Stanley David Sokolnicki, 61, of Sun City Center, FL passed away October 20, 2013.
He retired as a police Sergeant after 27 years of service in Seymour, CT. He was a father, husband, mentor, friend, and leader. He was true to his friends. He was extremely proud of his family and loved them more than anything. Dave will be missed and remembered by all who knew him as the great man that he was.
He is survived by his wife Lynne, children David Sokolnicki (Brooke), Sean Rich (Kayla), and Tom Rich (Kim), his grandchildren Romeo (9), Abbie (6), Sarah (5), Cody (3), and Allison (2), along with loving family and friends.
Services will be held Thursday, October 24, 2013 11:00AM at Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Sun City Center, FL followed by internment at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Thonotosassa, FL.
