Stephen G. Whitney 76, passed away on May 30, 2023 in Sun City Center, Florida. Born May 16, 1947 in Ft. Wayne, IN to Eugene and Maxine Whitney.

Stephen is survived by his children, Marc (Kathy Turns) Whitney, Kirk (Regina) Whitney, Jamie (Ken) Schneider. Grandfather to Stephen, Karissa, Jordan Whitney; Leah and Evan Whitney; Matthew and Trevor Schneider. Great Grandfather to Alyssa Whitney. Loving twin brother Ronald (Rona) Whitney.

Stephen was a loving, supportive and giving man. He loved to travel with his family. He enjoyed playing sports and was good at everything he played from beating his grandkids in ping pong, baseball, basketball, football to the Twinsburg cornhole champion along side his partner, twin brother Ron. He loved watching his favorite sports teams the Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bulls. Everyone enjoyed Steve's, witty and funny conversations. The life long bond with his brother Ron was a special one.

Steve was a dedicated hard worker, working until the age of 70. He graduated from Indiana State with a business degree and started his career with Scott Paper in Indiana before moving to Ohio as a Sales Representative. He eventually transitioned to an Independent Sales Representative within the fragrance and skin care industry in Chicago and California.


Stephen will be laid to rest in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, Lindenwood Cemetery. There will be a celebration of life in Ft. Wayne, IN at a later date.
