The Service of Remembrance for Mrs. Susan Tison, age 74 of Sun City Florida, will be held 10 AM Friday February 23rd at Zipperer's Funeral Home in Hillsborough County. There will a Celebration of Life to follow.

She was born October 16th, 1949, in Westville, Illinois to Merle and Violet Bryant Henry. She moved to Florida in September of 2004 with her husband Ken. Susan passed away Sunday February 11th, 2024, in Sun City. She was a family-oriented woman who enjoyed life to the fullest. Susan loved line dancing, gardening, cooking, motorcycle rides, her kitties and spending time with her family and friends.

Susan is preceded in death by her parents, Merle and Violet, her son Ken Jr, sister Alma and brother Merle. Surviving is her husband Ken Tison of more than 56 years, daughter Angie Henkel, grandchildren Ashli and Wit Cannon, great grandchildren Kate and Brooke Cannon, brother John Henry, and her special nieces and nephews Janice and Gary Albin, Rusty and Liz Odum, Phyllis Marconi and Sally Quick, and her great niece and nephew Rachel and Russell Sparling and Lindy and Vic Kiister, along with many other family and friends. She adored and loved all her family and friends so much.
