Susannah C. Slack, of Sun City Center Florida
passed away December 25th 2015 after
a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Born March 6, 1937 in Plattsburgh, New York,
and a graduate of Plattsburgh High School in 1956.
Susannah was the daughter of the late
Dr. Leaman H. and Burneese Caswell and
is survived by her husband of 54 years,
John B. Slack; sister, Beth Williamson;
daughter, Beth Slack; son, John Slack;
grandchildren, John Peck, Angela Brown
and great grandchild,
Adalynn Marie Brown born April 2015.
passed away December 25th 2015 after
