44, of Tampa entered into eternal life on Saturday, March, 14th, 2015.
She was predeceased in death by her father and her grandmother.
She is survived by her husband, Kevin; her mother,
Ann Mary; her children, Samantha, Jacquelynn
and Kyle; her grandfather, Ervin; her grandparents,
Marge & Frank; 2 grandchildren and many loving
family members and friends.
A mass will be held on Saturday,
March 28th, 2015 at 11:00 AM at
Mary Help of Christians Parish.
