Vickie Louise Rhoat, born February 20 1956 and passed away peacefully at home June 20 2018. Preceded in death by her husband Charles Rhoat and grandson Timothy Rhoat. Also father Howard Brownlee and mother Reecie Ward. Also sisters Connie and Betty Brownlee. Surviving is daughter Rebecca ( George ) Ramey, Jeffrey Ramey, Richard (April) Rhoat, And loving grandsons Reece Sheldon and Blake Surdy . Vickie enjoy traveling and spending time with her family. She loved living down south in the Florida heat. She also adored her dogs.

We will be celebrating her life at New Beginnings Fellowship Church at 1120 27th St S.E. Ruskin Florida 33570 at 5pm on Thursday June 28 2018. Family is asking instead of flowers that money be donated to the Cancer Research Institute based in New York Ny in her name.
