Audrey Jean Markland mother, Mary Sandra Gividen sister proceeded in death. Three living sister Kay Logan and husband William, Debra Stevens and husband Rick and Sherry Fryman and husband Tom many nieces and nephews.
Met Charma Mae Carter when he was 13 years old. He joined the navy and the journey of life began. From a E-3 up to Lt. Commander. First duty station Great Lakes Training Center, Bainbridge Md Radioman school, Charleston SC SOLEY, Bainbridge Md, Vallego Ca, USS NOXEBEE Pearl Harbor Ha, Antarctica, Greece, Italy, Virginia, Diego Garcia and back to Norfolk VA.

(WAR) USS NOXEBEE WAS HIT BY THE VIETNAM SWIMMERS. THE SHIP WAS HIT IN THE MIDDLE WERE THE SAILER WERE SLEEPING. IF THE SHIP WAS HIT ANY WHERE ELSE THE SHIP WOULD OF BLOWN UP. THE SHIP CARRIED OIL TO REFUEL OTHER SHIPS.
LAST DUTY STATION WAS THE USS THEODORE ROOSEVELT CVN-71 FIRST COMMUNTATION OFFICE TO SERVE ON THE SHIP.
Was a great family man love the great outdoor, fishing, hunting and camping. Took his family camping and fishing every minute he was not working. Loved to travel the world and had seen many places and loved many people. Took care of a lot of his family and his wife family.
William Carter servant to his Savior,loved life to the fulliest.He traveled the world and met a lot of friends who loved and adored him .William loved the outdoors, and was extremely adventurous, at any given time he was fishing,boating,loved to travel and go camping. He also loved softball,basketball,and was a disc. jockey in the Antarctic.
William loved and adored family life, with a huge family, which included his family and his wife's' family, and a host of great friends. He resides in the heavens, with many of friends and family whom went home before him. We will truly miss our sweetheart/daddy/friend.
He was with the Lord Jesus at his death.
