William Gerald "Jerry" Clement, Jr
passed away peacefully in his sleep on
Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at
his home in Ruskin, Florida.

He was born April 17, 1963 in
Springfield, Illinois and lived in Peoria, Illinois
the majority of his life.

He is survived by his mother,
Harriet Clement-Osuna, and stepfather,
Carlos Osuna, of Riverview, Florida;
his sister, Cheryl Clement-Taylor,
one nephew, Matthew Camp,
two nieces, Amelia and Abigail Taylor,
all of Tulsa, Oklahoma; one niece,
Dawn Clement, of Reno, Nevada;
a stepmother, Sandra Clement, and
stepbrother, Jeremiah Clark, of Peoria, Illinois;
an aunt in Midwest City, Oklahoma,
a great aunt in Hallsville, Texas and
numerous aunts and uncles and great aunts
and great uncles of Springfield, Illinois
and the surrounding area.

He is preceded in death by his father,
William Gerald Clement, Sr, and
his brother, Barry "Scott" Clement.

He earned his Associate's Degree in
accounting from Illinois Central College.

A memorial service and inurnment are pending
at Parkview Cemetery, Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel,
in Peoria, Illinois.

In lieu of flowers,
donations may be made to the American Heart Association
or the American Diabetes Association.

Jerry was well loved and will be greatly missed.
